Booklet describes the milling and manufacturing of lower(s). Working through
job plans it guides the builder from first to last step of construction,
giving hints and pointers on the process. The little BlacK Lower starts with
the milling process and takes you all the way to surface finishings. This
kit includes: (3)three 17" x 24" to scale blue line prints ~ 8"x11" booklet
w/18 pages & illustrations Plus the following: AR15 M16 Lower Receiver
Forging (NO FFL Required) This is an M16 or AR-15 lower in unfinished state,
(current US contract) with all the reinforcement updates. As it is
unfinished, no FFL is required and is 100% legal in the USA. In its current
state, it is a great paperweight. The receiver can be finished by any
competent machinist.
